We have found after being in the industry for over 30-Years, there is a disconnect between training facilities and technicians. The major concern is the fundamentals of HVAC are not being taught in Trade Schools and the real life experiences are not being taught in the Colleges. Some local classes are being taught by others with little experiences as well. This is why we developed the Cross Thread Program.
